What part will you play?

You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials.

Initially you will be placed in a 2-year rotation across key Diversified Supply Chain and Procurement functions including Warehouse, Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Procurement.

At the end of the rotation, you will be placed in a final role that is a best fit for your skills and company need.

In this rotation you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Your work will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands, reduce costs, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies to improve flow through the warehouse and in our E2E supply chain.
  • Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects
  • Controlling inventory via warehouse management systems & processes
  • Managing timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and supply
  • Designing and utilizing digital tools to drive scale and work simplification.
  • Developing and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the processing area and enable us to be a supplier of choice for our customers.
  • Managing scheduling and capacity for production and material supply
  • Optimizing inventory at warehouses and distribution centers
  • Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
  • Forecasting customer demand

What do we require from you?

Education :

A Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Other Business Administration or Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a degree with relevant experience

Experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, competencies :

  • Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
  • Problem solving via innovation & creativity
  • Strong thinking / problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in Office 365

Up to 30% travel

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
