Snelling is currently seeking a Customer Service Sales Assistant ($17.00-$20.00hr depending on experience) to work in a fast-paced environment preparing preliminary sales materials, organizing presentations, scheduling sales appointments, obtaining pricing, and submitting orders.
This is a promotional items business just North of the San Antonio airport.
Customer Service Sales Assistant Primary Duties :
- Proficient at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Interface with clients, vendors, corporate (constant communication and follow-up with all parties involved daily)
- Answer phones
- Manage emails via Outlook (must be highly proficient with Outlook)
- Data entry and searches in Excel (must be highly proficient in Excel)
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Track a high volume of orders
- Maintain inventory of promotional items
- Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Enter items in the backend of the Website database
Pay / Schedule / Benefits :
- Paid weekly via direct deposit or pay card
- Monday-Friday (No weekends!)
