Warehouse Associate – Picker/Packer Position
OneSource Staffing is now accepting applications for a Warehouse Associate on behalf of our client, a fulfillment company located in Easton, PA.
Schedule :
- Full-time, Monday Friday, 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM
- Overtime based on seasonal business needs
Pay Rate :
$15.00 per hour
Position Details :
We are seeking a hardworking individual dedicated to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Warehouse Associate will assist with receiving, processing, and shipping products while ensuring the warehouse remains neat and orderly.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Restock supplies and inventory as needed
- Accept, verify, inspect, and record deliveries according to policy
- Record, report, and return defective items
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with procedures
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Proficiency with inventory control systems
- Strong understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to use Google Sheets
- Physical stamina for warehouse tasks
Education and Experience :
Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate is a plus
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to complete tasks involving lifting, standing, and carrying for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
