If so, our Support Specialist position is for you!

fundraiseIT.org, a software as a service provider for over 10 years, needs an energetic, communicative, critical business thinking support person to assist with our nationwide client coverage.

The Support Specialist is a full time position that directly interacts with our fundraising customers, vendors and volunteers to ensure their success in all fundraising endeavors.

Seasonally, this position responds to support tickets, emails, and telephone requests from a variety of audiences. Stellar written and oral communication skills are a must.

Additionally, this position is the software champion of various tools used to enhance our support offering as well as create internal efficiencies.

The position does require flexibility of working hours during the busy fundraising seasons. The position is part of our support team who provides coverage 8am-8pm, 7 days a week in season.

This is not your typical support position. Critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to multitask are critical skills needed for success.

Qualifications

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Highly self-motivated and self-directed with strong attention to detail

Effective written and oral communication skills

Ability to establish and maintain relationships and work as a member of a team

Prior customer support work experience is required

A strong understanding of microsoft excel is required

Innate drive and desire to constantly learn is essential

Advanced competency in or desire to learn different software technologies

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
