As a Physical Therapist Manager, you will :
- Oversee physical therapy operations across multiple locations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of therapists.
- Create and implement innovative treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques
