The Role : Project Manager

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our restoration projects from start to finish. This is your chance to showcase your leadership skills, technical expertise, and compassion in a role that truly matters.

What You'll Do

• Lead with Purpose : Guide our projects from design to completion, ensuring we deliver top-quality restoration work that exceeds client expectations.
• Build Strong Relationships : Be the face of Big Bear, fostering trust and open communication with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Drive Financial Success : Take ownership of project financials, from budgeting to collections, ensuring our work is both impactful and sustainable.
• Collaborate and Inspire : Work closely with estimators and other team members, helping them grow both professionally and personally.
• Innovate and Improve : Continuously seek ways to enhance our processes, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

• A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in your community
• 5+ years of experience in the restoration industry, with at least 3 years in project management or estimation
• IICRC certification and proficiency in Xactimate software
• A high school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with grace
