Production Floor Lead 2nd shift

As a Production Floor Lead, you will oversee the flow of production and ensure the efficient packaging of dry food products.
You’ll be at the heart of our operations, guiding a dedicated team to meet our high standards and deliver quality products on time.
Job Duties :
- Leadership & Direction : Oversee production lines, guide Machine Operators, and ensure the accuracy of production paperwork.
- Problem Solving : Act as the first point of contact for personnel issues and production obstacles.
- Liaison Duties : Serve as the bridge between the production floor and the management team, including the Production Manager.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure products meet customer specifications and comply with food safety regulations and GMPs.
- Hands-On Support : Assist on the production floor as needed to ensure daily efficiencies are met.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.
Schedule : Monday thru Friday 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm
Pay : $23.00 - $26.00 plus $2.00 shift premium.
Requirements :
- Experience : Proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing production environment.
- Communication Skills : Must be able to communicate effectively and handle challenges with a professional demeanor.
