Social Worker - Maryview Medical Center Primary Function / General Purpose of PositionThe Social Worker provides direct patient care under the guidance of a designated healthcare professional in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, and within policies, procedures, and guidelines of Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH).

May provide clinical and administrative supervision.Licensing / CertificationLicensed as a Social Worker in state of practice (preferred, required within 6 months of hire)Strongly prefer candidate to already have LCSW or LMFT licensure with VDHP.

EducationBachelors, Social Work (required)Masters, Social Work or Social Administration (preferred)Work Experience1 year in social or human services setting.
