We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices promptly and accurately.
- Record payments accurately and reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving accounts receivable issues.
- Maintain precise and current records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years in accounts receivable or related field.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,).
HUGE PLUS :
- Bilingual Spanish
- Experience in Logistics or manufacturing
