This position functions in a dual role performing duties of a liaison and clinical RN. As a liaison, the position is responsible for creating and maintaining positive customer relations for home infusion and other in-home services programs as appropriate throughout the assigned hospitals / clinics.

Work involves assuring appropriate documentation for compliance with facility / agency and statutory guidelines. Consultative functions include, but are not limited to : providing consultation and information regarding patient appropriateness for home infusion services and / or other in-home services programs.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire : California Registered Nurse License.
• Within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year Acute care nursing.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Coursework / Training Infusion Nurse Society (CRNI).
• Home health or home infusion.
• Prior sales experience.
