Technology Consulting, Digital & Emerging Technologies - Delivery Orchestration (Product Management) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) ( redacted ), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Philadelphia, PA.

Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms. Drive the strategic vision and roadmap of a technology solution the creation of specifications, definition and design, including journey maps, flow diagrams, feature map, user stories and / or other critical deliverables.

Work directly with creative, business and technical team members to identify interdependencies and define and document requirements that adhere to technical constraints.

Lead team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators in the digital and emerging technology advisory market.

Partner with client technology and third-party alliances to solve technical and business challenges. Work in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, assessment, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle.

Lead cross functional teams looking at the holistic project effort to meet both business and technical needs.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills, backgrounds and geographical locations. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress.

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.

Cultivate business development opportunities

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field of study and 5 years of related progressive post bachelor's experience.

Alternatively will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field of study and 4 years of related experience.

Must have 4 years of experience in technology consulting and / or technology design.

Must have 4 years of experience in analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and defining solutions to address complex business challenges.

Must have 4 years of experience in project management and product management, including one or a combination of : writing user stories, crafting roadmaps, developing functional flows, maintaining a backlog, and / or working with a scrum team.

Must have 2 years of experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.

Must have 2 years of experience in client services or professional services, technical writing, and integrating business processes with technology.

Must have 2 years of experience with agile and / or other development methodology.

Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of technology professionals.

Requires travel up to 50%, including international travel up to 10% to serve client needs.

The base salary for this job is $198,645.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
