Key Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive Assessments : Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students with physical, sensory, or motor skill challenges.
- Personalized Treatment Plans : Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each student's unique needs and goals.
- Therapeutic Interventions : Provide effective direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Progress Monitoring : Continually assess student progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborative Communication : Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster effective communication and support for our students.
- Professional Development : Engage in continuous professional learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of best practices in the field.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure in CA.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
