Responsibilities :
- Dedicate yourself to ensuring customer satisfaction for a welcoming experience
- Demonstrate effective leadership and problem-solving skills for the store's success
- Manage staff and maintain high standards of excellence and cleanliness
- Work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations
- Oversee the daily store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures at Big Dave's Cheesesteaks in Charlotte, NC.
- Motivate and manage a team of employees by offering guidance, training, and feedback.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Manage inventory levels effectively by ordering stock and minimizing waste to maximize profitability.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment as an Assistant Store Manager.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working as a store manager or assistant store manager is required for this role.
- Strong leadership and management skills are essential qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for effective team collaboration.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a key requirement.
