Psych RNs needed at Summit - Willow Creek Behavioral Health in Green Bay, WI

Start Date : 10 / 13

Number Of Weeks : 13

Shift Times : Nights 3x12 6 : 00PM–6 : 30 AM Block schedule only with every other weekend required

Shift Options : 36 hours or 36 / 48 hour rotation

Schedule Policy : Must be able to fill block shifts; no alterations permitted

Unit Description 72 beds.

Facility Overview : Type : Acute Psychiatric Facility Units : 5 Bed Count : 72 Patient Population : Adults and pediatrics

Our patient population includes both voluntary and involuntary individuals, ranging from children (as young as 5) to geriatric adults.

Security : No onsite security; occasional incarcerated individuals

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 12 (consistent across day and night shifts)

Support Staff :   Nurses, Behavioral Health Associates (BHAs), House Supervisors (always onsite)

Requirements : Experience : Minimum 2 years of direct psychiatric and acute care experience

Certifications : CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) – provided onsite

Background Check : State of Wisconsin Caregiver background check (wet signature required) must complete onsite prior to starting

Travel Experience :   Not required
