We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Program Coordinator / Quality Assurance in San Jose, California.
The role is within a global marketing technology consulting firm and involves providing support to customers in the deployment of their email campaigns, digital marketing, and marketing automation.
You will execute the process of email campaign deployment, maintain customer specific processes, and ensure the quality of email deployments.
Responsibilities :
- Execute tasks related to audience segmentation, email scheduling, email sending, and tracking code set-up to assist Program Managers in launching programs on time.
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams to manage the campaign process.
- Monitor subscriber data counts and report any significant changes.
- Participate in the scheduling of deployments and communicate completion to the client.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of email deployments.
- Monitor campaigns post-deployment to validate completion.
- Develop comprehensive campaign documentation, including customer-specific work instructions.
- Prepare customer assets for handoff to other team members.
- Utilize various skills such as Data Entry, Computer Data Entry, QA - Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Quality Control, Slack, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Marketing, Marketo, and HubSpot.
- Possession of a Bachelors / Honours Degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or field
- Proficiency in Data Entry and Computer Data Entry
- Demonstrated ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Experience in QA - Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Quality Assurance Quality Control
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack
- Experience with Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Marketing
- Familiarity with marketing software such as Marketo and HubSpot
- High level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
