Position Description :

Multiple Positions Available

Develops and deploys applications using Continuous Integration / Deployment (CI / CD) tools Jenkins, GIT, Salesforce.com.

Develops and supports Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions to support investment platforms. Implements process improvements within Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments Agile.

Builds software components on the Salesforce.com platform to facilitate technical reuse and excellence. Creates Salesforce.

com applications using low code capabilities Salesforce Flows and pro code capabilities Salesforce Apex and Lightens Web Components.

Works with Salesforce Communities / Experience cloud or Marketing Cloud, Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, flows, Process Builder and Platform events.

Primary Responsibilities :

Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.

Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for / in multiple platforms.

Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.

Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.

Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.

Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.

Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation) developing and deploying applications built on Salesforce CRM Platform using configuration, programmatic customization, and Continuous Integration / Deployment (CI / CD) tools Jenkins, GIT.

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation) developing and deploying applications built on Salesforce CRM Platform using configuration, programmatic customization, and Continuous Integration / Deployment (CI / CD) tools Jenkins, GIT.

Skills and Knowledge :

Candidate must also possess :

Demonstrated Expertise ( DE ) analyzing requirements, designing solutions, implementing programmatic customizations, and developing CRM capabilities on Salesforce platforms, using Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and API integration.

DE administering Salesforce instances by implementing Force.com configuration and Sales / Service Cloud products by creating or modifying Salesforce.

com configurations (profiles, permission sets, roles, users, page layouts, lightning pages, custom objects, workflows, flows, and process builders);

developing solutions with Force.com configuration and code; and inserting, updating, deleting, or exporting Salesforce records using Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Data Import Wizard, dataloader.io, or Workbench.

DE consulting on requirements refinement in Agile Backlog Refinement sessions using Jira, Rally, or Agile backlog management software;

documenting high and low-level solutions in Confluence or SharePoint; and collaborating on the development of Salesforce.

com solutions (requirements, solution designs, and design standards) within an Agile environment.

DE performing in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of Salesforce.com solutions within an Agile environment;

providing estimates and dependencies to product owners; assisting in planning Salesforce enhancements; designing Salesforce.

com solutions as per business requirements; writing unit tests on Apex platform; managing configuration and code using version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, Git, SVN / Subversion, Gitlab, or Team Foundation Server) and Integrated Development Environment (IDE) tools (VS Code, Eclipse, or IntelliJ);

and providing production support for incidents on Salesforce.com platform, using Sales / Service Cloud and custom Force.
