• Ability to follow recipe instructions to ensure consistent quality, establish presentation technique and quality standards.
• Follow and be accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt.
• Follow compliance with sanitation and safety requirements for culinary equipment and to assure usage is properly operated and maintained.
• Ability to walk, stand and / or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors / managers.
• Culinary degree a plus, but not required / necessary.
• Ensure consistency and quality at all times.
