Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants daily operational performance.
You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. You will manage both front of house and back of house employees as well as handle any customer issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing people.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
