We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant to join our team! In this important role, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting our Design department.
Primary Duties :
- Provide administrative support to Design Department
- Create presentations based on design selections
- Place orders
- Manage invoicing and related activities
- Ensure accurate data entry
Experience and Skills :
- 1-2 Years’ experience in corporate office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications : Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Adept at prioritizing tasks and workflow
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction
- Quick learner with high-energy
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Navigate, prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and good judgment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Work well under pressure

Education :
- High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred
