• Surgical Team Excellence : Collaborate with a highly skilled team, including dedicated scrub techs, a PA, and a First Assist, ensuring smooth, efficient surgeries.
• State-of-the-Art Technology : Perform advanced spine surgeries with access to the latest tools, including a Globus Spine Robot and an O-arm for precision and innovation in every procedure.
• Exceptional Work Environment : Operate in a diverse and collaborative OR alongside top-tier providers, all within a 29-bed Ortho suite designed for optimal patient care and surgical efficiency.
• Balanced Schedule : Enjoy a perfect work-life balance with 2.5 to 3 clinic days and 1 to 2 surgery days per week, allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining personal time.
