Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment and machinery.

You will install, maintain, and repair various industrial machinery, ensuring efficient and continuous operation. Key tasks include troubleshooting electricity up to 480v, working with PLCs, photo eyes, sensors, switches, VFDs, hydraulic / pneumatic systems, and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

Additional responsibilities include welding, brazing, performing material handling operations, and maintaining workplace organization and supplies.

Shift :

1st Shift - 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM

Hard Skills

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot electricity up to 480v
• Troubleshoot PLCs
• Work with photo eyes, sensors, and switches
• Install, replace, and maintain VFDs
• Hydraulic / Pneumatic installation and repair
• Blueprint and schematic interpretation
• Welding, brazing, and burning operations
• Install conduit, fittings, switches, relays, controls, fixtures, motors, equipment, and wiring
• Install, swap out, replace, and wire 3 phase motors
• Work with valves, bearings, and gearboxes
• Repair conveyors and spray booths
• Adjust equipment for proper alignment and operation
• Set up and operate lathe to grind various process rolls
• Operate material handling equipment
• Record keeping and workplace organization
• Direct Repairman Trainees, Maintenance Helpers, and General Associates
• Work with the engineering department
