We are seeking IT Scrum Master - Women Returnee to join our Client's Team. As a IT Scrum Master you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the scrum team, working closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.

Overall Experience : 8 to 14 years
Relevant Experience : 2 to 4 years
Career break : More than 6 months
Responsibilities
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members
Required Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Familiarity with software development
Good to have
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
