Responsibilities According to nursing care standards, provides professional nursing care services to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
Has responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patients that could potentially result in a patient crisis situation.
Seen as team leader during patient crisis situations. During high acuity or crisis situations, may function as a staff RN in the ICU, ED or designated areas of need.
Assist with the admission and discharge processes and paperwork for optimal patient flow. Qualifications Job Requirements : Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing BLS;
ACLS; PALS ; Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire) . Preferred Job Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing One year experience
