Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in driving standard S&OP (Sales, Operations, and Planning) processes, supply chain strategies, cost containment, and enhancing material and supplier performance.
This position holds direct organizational responsibility for all facets of the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and meet organizational goals.
- Ensure supply chain processes achieve the highest levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Lead supplier development initiatives and oversee commodity strategy, including managing Terms and Conditions, and supporting negotiations for LTAs.
- Manage supplier relationships and optimize material acquisition to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee master scheduling and production control processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations, encompassing demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and materials readiness.
- Collaborate with SBU and operations center leadership to continuously assess operational plans and drive business improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management within Aerospace and / or Defense industries. Candidate must have experience leading an aerospace structural manufacturing purchasing team. This is a Must Have!
- Experience in managing electrical components manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in leading and developing teams.
