Job Summary :
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Sales Representatives play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Consultants by helping customers understand the benefits of renewable solar energy for their home.
This position works to schedule appointments with homeowners for our professional Solar Consultants. While there is no experience required, if you have a passion for sales, join our team and take your career to the next level. Apply now!
Duties / Responsibilities :
Sales Support
- Door-to-Door Prospecting : Conduct residential door-to-door canvassing in neighborhoods to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in solar energy.
- Assist Sales Consultants by establishing leads and presenting products or services to prospective customers.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with prospective customers.
- Highlight critical personal milestones to ensure sales goals are met.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience

Licenses / Certifications
A valid driver's license is required.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday - Saturday : 11 : 30AM - 7 : 30PM
