We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home health team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being.
Without the commitment of weekends.
Position : Home Health Nurse (LPN / RN)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What you will do at North Bay Home Health :
- Provide in-home, specialized care to a pediatric patient one on one for a total of 6 hours
- Follow Physicians orders in evaluating and caring for the patient and advise Physician of any changes in patient's condition or needs :
- Maintain appropriate preventative practices and procedures
- Prepare clinical and progress notes for individual patients to include physical and mental conditions of clients as well as signs and symptoms indicative of changes of condition
- Must be dependable and communicate effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
License :
- Current and active FL or Multistate LPN / RN license (Required)
- BLS card must be obtained through the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
- An active Florida or Multistate LPN / RN license is required.
Experience :
- Pediatric experience (preferred)
- G-tube, Trach and Vent experience (must)
- At least one year home health experience / acute care
Schedule : Requires 6-hour shifts
Part-time
Pay Rate
LPN $23-$29 / hr. RN $29-$33 / hr.
