What You’ll DoAs a Mechanic, you’ll be part of our team located in New Britain, CT. You’ll get to : Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery to ensure they are always in proper working order.

Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks.Work proactively to mitigate issues before they become problems therefore limiting downtime.

Study manufacturer manuals and blueprints and carefully follow directions when operating or setting up newly acquired machinery.

Place orders to procure or replace materials and parts needed for maintenance or to replenish low inventories.Record all maintenance and repair services performed and include parts and materials used in the record.

Perform all troubleshooting thoroughly seeking to identify the root cause of all failures and address all known issues within each repair.

Safely use power and hand tools to drill, cut, grind, and assemble various equipment and fixtures.Who You AreYou always strive to do a good job but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?

Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical or engineering specialties (preferred).Working ability of hand power tools, IE : drill, saws.

Demonstrable understanding of diagnostic process and troubleshooting.Valid driver's license.Ability to walk, stand 8-10 hours, and lift up to 32 lbs.
