About The Position
Job Title : Certified Surgical Technician (CST) Job Specialty : Operating Room (OR) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum 2+ years of OR experience required License : Not specified Certifications : BLS, NBSTSA Must-Have : Experience in Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, and Neuro- Experience working with Pediatric to Geriatric populations Job Description : Provide peri-operative care for surgical patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Ensure the physical environment is appropriately prepared before patient arrival.- Assist RN with developing a plan of care.
- Follow procedures to ensure patient and employee safety.
