As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and order processing.

The position will support a broad product-line of various packaging products and will be ePackageSupply’s front-line effort on maintaining customer (B2B) relationships.

An ideal candidate is pro-active, growth-focused, and motivated to make a meaningful contribution to our team.

Customer Service Representative Job Description :

• Perform the lead customer service support role for inquiries, questions, and claims on the EpackageSupply Amazon account
• Partner with Accounting to lead collection efforts on past due customer accounts
• Serve as a liaison between the customer, our company, and our suppliers
• Administer, maintain, and track customer requests for quotes and purchase orders. Create quotes for larger volume orders
• Field phone calls, online chats, and emails for prospective and current customers
• Interact with customers daily to review current promotions
• Thoroughly understand products, competitive advantage, and ordering process
• Work with CRM and lead generation software to track leads, prospects, and customers

Customer Service Representative Knowledge and Skills required :

• Self-starter; ability to achieve goals without daily supervision.
• Basic understanding of E-commerce
• 2 years of previous sales / customer service experience with CRM knowledge preferred
• Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
