Job Details
- 5S MedSurg RN
- 3x12 Nights 7 : 00pm-7 : 30am, weekdays, weekends
- Start date : ASAP
- Contract length : 13 weeks
- Possible extension : Yes
- Experience required : 2+ year
- Travel experience : Not required
- Blocked Schedule : unit cannot guarantee requests, but will try to work with travelers as best as possible
- Scrubs provided : None
- EMR : Cerner
- SUBMISSION PROCESS : ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN : Candidate profile (work history), Specialty specific skills checklist, Minimum 2 Manager / Charge References (within past year), RN License verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date).

Additional Details
- I9 or Attestation, Government issued photo ID required during hours of service to client, Everify or Attestation
- Travelers must have all certifications included in the submittal packet
- Photo ID for badge, care learning modules, and specific training must be completed by certain deadlines
- Physical demands of the offered position, 8 CEU hours of stroke education required annually for specific units
