How you'll make an impact :

The (FP&A) is a finance leader who adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the total company results.

Reporting to the Vice President of Financial Reporting & Analysis, this role is responsible for managing deliverables related to budgets and forecasts including reporting and analysis on total company performance.

This individual will provide senior leaders with insights on the business through enhanced analyses and reporting. This role will provide financial and strategic decision support to the business to ensure the achievement of short and long term financial goals.

This role will drive the analysis of trends, leading indicators and metrics support operating plan, forecasting and strategic planning through complex business analysis.

This role will work closely with other members of the FP&A team, business finance leads and commercial teams across the organization.

What you'll do :

• Provide insight into business performance and financial results through timely analysis of trends and metrics working closely with finance, business partners, analytics, etc.
• Monitor progress towards financial goals and effectively manage risk and opportunities to reach them
• Develop presentations for monthly / quarterly forecasts, multi-year long range forecasts and annual operating plans with variance explanations and insights for senior leaders and Board of Directors
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and lead various other reporting projects including decision support, metrics and analytics
• Work closely with the other members of the FP&A team on the development of templates, commentary collection and other inputs from finance
• Build collaborative relationships across the organization, navigating with ease in a matrixed organization
• Continually improve processes, drive change and elevate the level of reporting for total company
• Demonstrate comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with time pressures

What you'll need :

• Minimum B.S. in Finance, Accounting or another relevant field
• 10+ years of work experience with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in Corporate FP&A
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Strategic thinker, capable of contributing to the broader business strategy
• Extensive experience engaging, interacting, communicating, and influencing effectively at senior levels
• Attention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high quality work product is a must for presentations to senior leaders on a regular basis
• Strong Excel and Power Point skills
• Experience in Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan is a plus
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $156,000 to $170,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
