Accounting Associate

Join our client’s finance team as an Accounting Associate, where you’ll handle task assignments, review and approve expense reports, and support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
This role is full time, direct hire.
Responsibilities :
- Distribute tasks in our project management system (Jira).
- Review and approve expense reports, ensuring policy compliance.
- Import reimbursement files to ERP system.
- Provide Concur training to associates.
- Prepare payment schedules to a third-party vendor.
- Month-end duties, including credit card reconciliations and journal entries
- Support Accounts Payable and participate in audits.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
- 1-2 years experience in accounting position
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Location : Costa Mesa - Required to be onsite for training period. Following training, you will ONLY be required to be onsite up to 3 days monthly.
