Senior Kitchen Manager Qualifications :
Must have at least 5 years experience in a full-service Restaurant KM role within a high-volume, systems-oriented casual or upscale-casual environment.
Demonstrated leadership qualities : friendly, coach mentality, lead by example, and uphold quality standards in a scratch kitchen.
Proven ability to maintain standards, exceed expectations, build relationships, and handle inventory and ordering with previous experience.
Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is essential.
Senior Kitchen Manager Responsibilities :
Train, coach, and direct the team to strive for excellence and create unforgettable guest experiences.
Build respectful relationships with kitchen staff, holding them accountable with integrity.
Maintain high standards with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations in a high-volume environment.
Oversee portion sizes, recipe adherence, prep list completion, and waste controls effectively.
