Digital Transformation Employee Insights and Analytics Product Manager

Key Role :

Manage day-to-day efforts to deploy, integrate, moderate, and adopt SaaS-based employee insights and analytics tools to support well-being and improve productivity across Booz Allen's enterprise.

Leverage collaboration, business intelligence, and data analysis skills to optimize the usage and adoption of the tool and help in communicating its value to both technical and business stakeholders.

Maintain responsibility for supporting the roadmap that aligns with the vendor's updates and the organization's goals. Assist with the training and support the team that ensures a smooth and seamless experience for all users.

Collect and analyze user feedback and provide actionable insights to the product development team. Work closely with IT and People Services teams to ensure that employees have the tools and knowledge to leverage the analytics for improving productivity and well-being.

Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with deploying workplace analytics platforms, such as Viva Insights
  • 2+ years of experience in a role deploying technology solutions within an enterprise environment
  • Experience with PowerBi, SQL, or Python for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 applications, including Viva Insights
  • Experience translating collected data and feedback into continuous actionable improvements or a business case
  • Knowledge of workplace analytics and employee well-being strategies
  • Ability to engage and instruct users of varying technical proficiencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business

Additional Qualifications :

  • Experience with automation concepts
  • Possession of excellent organizational and training skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
