The Project Analyst will be primarily responsible for project support from bidding to completion of the contract including setting up projects, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating project financial performance.
This individual will be working directly with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate recording and tracking of project expenditures, expense forecasting, scheduling, purchasing, and monitoring resource usage.
DUTIES
- Assist the VP with maintaining project and regional financial records and forecasts.
- Use project scheduling (MS Project / Primavera P6) and other control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project change orders, plans, and schedules, pulling permits, resource allocation and maintaining project schedules, etc.
- Maintain Project records including Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc. Manage purchasing request and inventory.
Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log.
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as time, materials, and expenses.
- Assist the VP of PS with reviewing expense reports, invoices, and completing and other corporate paperwork as requested.
- Assist in development and preparation of monthly management reporting package.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Support the Company’s annual budget process and standard review.
- Performs other duties as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or administration, equivalent field, or experience.
- Traffic Signal and Transportation Systems experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Outstanding analytic skills and attention to detail. Strong numbers aptitude.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- High customer service orientation.
- Expert in in Microsoft Project or Primavera and Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft D365, and Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft BI.
Proficiency in Costpoint is a plus.
BUSINESS TRAVEL
Minimal, however, must be able to travel within North America including Canada and Mexico.

COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $66,560.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location.
The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
