Will manage the team in an Agile approach.Will work specifically in HHS related projects.Will perform all the tasks for a Project Manager (management, reporting, Delivery).
Minimum QualificationBachelor's degree required.Minimum 10+ years overall experience3+ years working in the Human Services domain.
Excellent leadership and communication with clientsPMP preferred.Agile experiencePreferred QualificationKnowledge of Benefit and Welfare programs by Human Services departments.
Agile experience in managing projects.Experience working with State 'Human Service' Departments preferred.Working knowledge of programs like Child Welfare, TANF, Childcare Subsidy, SNAP etc.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.Experience managing client expectations.Experience monitoring schedule, project timeline, progress.
Help project team with design and development tasks.Experience working with MS Office tools.Time management and analytical skills.
Familiarity with latest technology (.Net, Java).
