We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in both ReactJS and Python. The ideal candidate will take the lead in a crucial software development project.
This role requires a blend of hands-on coding expertise and strategic thinking. This job requires work be performed within the United States.
What You'll Do :
Take ownership of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Develop high-quality code in ReactJS and Python, ensuring responsiveness, efficiency, and robustness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the software development with company goals and customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a growing team, eventually taking on direct reports and aiding in team expansion.
Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to optimize the development process.
Contribute to continuous improvement of our software development practices, standards, and tooling.
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a proven track record in ReactJS and Python.
Strong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
US Citizens or permanent residents only.
Veterans preferred.

Experience leading a development project or a team.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of : GraphQL, SPAs, Federated identity / SSO.
