Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Scottsdale, AZ area.
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students. As a BCBA, you will work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families to implement effective behavior intervention strategies and ensure positive outcomes for students with diverse needs.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and consultation to school staff and families on behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized behavior programs.
- Monitor and analyze data to track progress and modify interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
