- What you'll need for the role : *
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- ASHA Certification or currently in your Clinical Fellowship Year
- Hold or be eligible to obtain a current Colorado SLP License
- As an SLP at Woven Care, you will : *
- Support Families : * Assist families with home programming and community transitions to foster their child's growth and development.
- Comprehensive Evaluations : * Conduct initial and re-evaluations, set goals, update care plans, and make treatment recommendations to deliver the highest-quality care.
- Effective Communication : * Maintain clear and open communication with other disciplines, teachers, supervisors, and Woven Care administrative staff (billing, authorizations, referrals, human resources).
- Ensure Continuity : * Complete daily treatment sessions aligned with the current plan of care to ensure continuous progress and effective home carryover.
- Team Collaboration : * Collaborate with a dynamic team of SLPs, PTs, OTs, BCBAs, and ABA professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Efficient Billing : * Ensure accurate billing for all services provided.
