This individual performs a wide variety of day-to-day office operations and general maintenance services, which include a high-level of internal customer service and support.
The job responsibilities also include various workplace tasks and will report to the Office Manager, also in the Houston office.
We are looking for an individual that embodies :
- High energy, approachable, easy-going attitude with the ability to deal well with changing assignments and priorities, at times under pressure.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
