Job Description
OVERVIEW :
The candidate must be highly qualified, have good written and verbal communication skills.
GENERAL DUTIES :
Provide management and direction on complex projects
Provide recommendations for improvements to daily engineering operations to streamline and improve existing processes
Interact with Senior level customers to understand requirements, then work to support engineering in development of solutions
Coordinate and integrate with business operations and program initiatives
Required Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Initiative to take ownership of projects and drive projects to completion
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or compensatory experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with leading large projects with significant complexity
Significant leadership ability to drive progress and integrate teams
Excellent communication, presentation and design abilities
CLEARANCE : TS / SCI minimum
