POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Painter I to join our Operations team in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for an assortment of tasks within our made to order hollow metal door & frame lines in regards to preparing, loading, and painting finished product.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Preparing product for final paint by removing debris
• Loading / Unloading material going through the paint line
• Painting finished product per the correct process
• Performing daily maintenance routines on paint equipment
• Inspecting paint job in progress for quality problems
• Cleaning paint booth, lights, and changing filters
• Assisting in keeping all paint areas clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
