We invite Board Certified Family Medicine Physicians to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds and progressive visionaries together in our Virtual Primary Care Team in Charlotte, NC.
Atrium Health is offering a new virtual primary care model to bring access, convenience, and quality to their patients. This state-of-the-art virtual clinic will deliver care to wherever the patient is at a time that is convenient for the patient, leveraging technology to offer primary care services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This is a growing team and will eventually be responsible to provide virtual services across all 50 states to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Highlights of the position :
- Night Shift - Weekday Rotations : 6PM-6AM; 6PM-3AM; Weekend Rotation : Every 3rd Weekend
- Physician care team approach, offering day and evening (overnight) shift options
- Virtual urgent care and management of longitudinal chronic care issues
- Ancillary support and referrals available, along with digital diagnostics
- Support with multi-state licensing
- No call

Ideal candidate :
- Passion for innovation
- Strong virtual presence
- Solution oriented and willing to think outside of the box
- Must be willing to supervise up to 3 APPs
- 10+ years of experience preferred
- Despite being a remote position, the physician must reside in NC or SC
