Am Law firm in San Francisco seeking a 5+ year L&E litigation associate. Knowledge of state and federal L&E laws required as a big plus for agency charges and NLRB matters.
The firm has a modest 1850 hour requirement, lower than most of their area competitors. They emphasize associate development with transparent criteria for partnership, formal mentorship structures, and open door policies.
Associates are encouraged to apply their skills to pro bono projects which could count up to 50 hours of their billable requirement.
