Duration : 12+ Months
- We are looking for a senior scrum master with IT project management and familiarity with global exploration, earth science, engineering workflows, and planning space.
- You will join the Global Exploration Subsurface Information Management (GE SSIM) team and help us adopt Azure DevOps and SAFe methods to deliver value faster and more efficiently.
- You will support the SSIM Manager and assist with project management, planning, communications, change management, assigning priorities and promoting agility.
- You will also coach the SSIM Team on best practices and lead Agile ceremonies.
- Additionally, you will set up a regular business rhythm for the team and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- You will track and report the team's progress towards their quarterly and yearly goals and seek General Manager support and guidance when needed.
Required qualifications :
- At least 5-7 years of experience in IT project management and scrum master roles
- Certified in SAFe and Scrum
- Proficient in Azure DevOps
- Familiar with global exploration, earth science, engineering workflows, and Quorum Planning Space
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
- Able to influence and inspire others to adopt agile and DevOps mindsets and behaviors
