- Maintain patient ratios of 1 : 5-7.- First-time applicants are accepted.- Weekend shifts may be required.- Potential need to float between similar units based on staffing needs.
- Previous supervisory references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty / setting are needed.- Expectation to commit to working three of the five major holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
- All travelers are expected to float between various similar units within their skill set.- Complete required pre-start modules, averaging 16 hours, with time spent self-reported and recorded.
- Orientation includes 40 non-billable hours.
