Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors? Join our not-for-profit organization, dedicated to providing over 100 years of quality housing and services in a Christian environment. We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at the Miller facility in Miller, SD.

Position Details

  • Facility : GSS SD Miller Prairie Center
  • Location : 421 E 4th St, Miller, SD 57362, USA
  • Shift : 12 Hours - Night Shifts
  • Job Schedule : Full Time
  • Pay Info : $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Utilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
  • Providing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and delivering education and nursing interventions.
  • Serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.

    • What We’re Looking For

    To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
