Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our team for the uping school year.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and munication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs
- Provide therapy services, including individual and group sessions, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to create and implement intervention strategies
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language goals and objectives
- Stay current with advances in the field of speech-language pathology and pursue professional development opportunities
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for or possession of a Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and therapeutic interventions
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and educational staff
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
