Beth Abraham Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisor to work the Night Shift atour Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx NY.

Duties :

Complete residentcare requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
Establish a compassionate environment byproviding support to residents & families
Provide information to residents & staff byanswering questions and requests
Maintain asafe & clean working environment by implementing rules ®ulations
Ensure resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
Manage documentation of resident care services
Promote a cooperative relationship amonghealth care teams

Requirements :

Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 3 years LongTerm Care experiencerequired
Should be a strong and positiveTeam Director for all members of the staff
Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
Excellent communication skills
Basiccomputer skills
