As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service through positive interactions and clear communication. This position requires driving as part of your daily duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the healthcare environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and / or unauthorized access.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences at the healthcare site.
  • Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site staff to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
  • Follow post orders and client-specific instructions to uphold Allied Universal standards and expectations at the healthcare location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
